Our Business Philosophy

Vindico Wine Negociants has a very straightforward business model. We work with our global clients to identify opportunities within their markets and then create customised wine solutions to meet those requirements. This market-led trading approach enables us to tailor the product to the end consumer across a broad range of criteria.

We have an existing stable of New Zealand wine brands that our clients can choose from to suit their market. Alternatively, we can work with our clients to develop their own exclusive wine brands based on the appeal to a particular market segment. This way, we are able to grow a brand and grow our clients’ business at the same time.

Price points can be researched and identified for local markets to ensure a maximum return on investment is achieved, based on an appropriate balance between price and volume. Whether at the premium end of the wine spectrum, or pitched at a more budget level, we can source wine to match a price point from our network of growers throughout New Zealand.

Our viticulture and winemaking teams have the skills and experience to work with a wine and establish a more desirable palate profile should that be required.

We work with our clients to make it as easy as possible for them from a management and distribution perspective. Some of our clients want us to manage all aspects of the wine shipment, from export documentation through to landed delivery in their bond. Others prefer us to provide FOB pricing and they take it from there. All wines supplied by Vindico Wines come with NZ wine certification and NZFSA health certificates.
