Cypress Winery
Cypress Wines create unique, premium wines from the extreme slopes and limestone and clay influenced soils of the Cypress hillsides of Gimblett Gravels. The harsh, sun-baked environment of the terraced property ensures the vines struggle, and results in low yields of intensely flavoured grapes. These grapes are then blended with fruit from the stony soils deposited around the base of the hill, producing full bodied wines best enjoyed in their youth.
